E. E. Constance Jones on unique existence

E. Constance Jones (1848–1922) was one of the first women to study philosophy at University Cambridge. This paper focuses on her claim from major work, Elements Logic as a Science Propositions (published 1890), that each thing has unique existence. Jones’s follows claims about tropes and haecceities; but, I suggest, it’s not haecceities lead accept it. Rather, what she calls denomination names quantitiveness things Her existence thus fits within more general views in Logic.
